So what’s Rami's story, and how did he manage to grow into a Top Producer at Family First Life?
We sat down to chat with him just about that, as well as learn what his thoughts on life insurance and what it means to him to serve families.
Where are you from and how did you learn about FFL?
I'm from Boston, Massachusetts and learned about Family First Life from a friend. This friend, being Marysa Maggio (who is a Top Producer and current owner of the Solidity Agency). Marysa and I have known each other for quite sometime, and when she had told me what she was doing, I was immediately attracted to the potential of helping families everyday. I knew I had to help, so I took that leap of faith and went for FFL.
What was your experience like at first when becoming an Agent at FFL?
My experience was simple because my up line and mentors in the business made it so, which I'm extremely grateful for. The onboarding process is very straightforward, and questions are always encouraged as a new agent, so that supportive element from the team made the transition easy. However, like any person in any new position, especially with no experience - I was nervous like most people, especially because I was trying to transition out of the medical field into financial services.
What does FFL mean to you on a professional and personal level?
FFL has the perfect environment to create a business grow and develop professionally. In regards to what professional and personal level means - they both mean the same to me. In order to succeed here, you need to allow personal and professional to co inside. On a professional level, I can help families and provide financial security to them. As on a personal level, I am able to provide for my family and my future.
What's one tip you can give for those who are interested in becoming agents?
Jump in and move fast. Break things and always course correct. It’s okay to be nervous and it’s okay to have a learning curve. However, as long as you stay plugged in and follow the system, it will work out. I am proof of that.
As an agent, what is the one thing that you value the most with your clients and strive to give them?
HONESTY! Pure and brutal honesty is what I strive to give my clients.
Fun Question: If you were a superhero, what type of power would you have?
Immortality!
